After 2 No shows of companies contracted out and an approved company called One Way Heating and Air, who in my opinion tried to pull a fast one on us. Said we needed a pull and clean which would run 850.00, HCW denied it saying it was a maintenance issue.We called Aztech who found the problem right away. They put in a new contactor and didn't charge for the part til they were for sure it was the problem. Who does that? Our A/C has been working great ever since. It’s record highs in Texas and our AC quit putting out cold air. I found Aztec on google, called them around 9am today, on a Monday, and they had technicians at my house in about an hour and a half. Julio was who I spoke to on the phone, and he was incredibly nice and polite each time I spoke with him. His technicians were great, especially Luis. Luis walked me through everything, and educated me on what was wrong and what my options were. He was so patient and kind. Julio also called me before any of the repairs were done to make sure I understood everything. They fixed our issues in one day and I’m sitting in a nice cool house now. Luis educated me on what to do going forward to make sure we keep our indoor and outdoor units running correctly, and gave me a great warranty on a part they replaced.
